Elahe’s endeavour is to ensure that every single transaction on our website is easy and seamless. We follow standard operating systems to deliver our products and adhere to the highest quality checks and standards. If there’s ever a situation in which you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to the options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Products

Elahe hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish or appearance of the product/merchandise as ordered by you. Unique placements, hand done techniques and hand dyed fabric may cause slight variations from piece to piece. In addition, the graphical display i.e. visuals of the products/merchandise will be dependent upon the configuration (brightness, pixelation, colours) of your computer, tablet or phone. While the core pattern and design will remain consistent with website images, minor variations in placement or colors and detailing are inherent to hand made products and do not constitute grounds for complaint, refund, or exchange. 

Cancellations

Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

Exchanges

Elahe maintains a strict no-exchange and no-refund policy for standard-size items ordered on a made-to-order basis, including instances where the item does not align with personal expectations. Clients are strongly advised to ensure all selections meet their requirements prior to placing an order by speaking to the customer service agent if necessary. By proceeding with a made-to-order standard size purchase, the client agrees to these terms without any exceptions. In the event that an exchange is deemed possible in exceptional cases, all costs will be borne by the client including shipment costs to and from Elahe.

Refunds

Elahe takes great care in curating and delivering our products. However, in the unlikely scenario that the product received has a manufacturing defect or is different from the one ordered, kindly contact/email at help@elahe.in within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Your purchase is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, colour mismatch or fabric mismatch.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information. Upon receiving the return, our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, post which our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by the Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Client Services

A complimentary alteration service is available on full priced garments only, within one month of purchase. This complimentary service is only available for basic alterations. Other alterations are available upon reviewing the item but may incur a charge. All alterations, if possible, will be chargeable for sale items and garments after 1 month of purchase. Gift Cards

  • Once issued, your Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the time of purchase.
  • In order to redeem your Gift Card, you need to register on Elahe.in
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on Elahe.in
  • However, they cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Gift Cards cannot be treated as cash, redeemed  in part or in whole, or converted into credit notes.
  • They cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the digital Gift Card this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift voucher must be paid by credit/debit card/netbanking or Paypal.
  • If you wish to return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, please refer to Elahe’s Exchange & Return Policy to see what's applicable.
  • Elahe does not take any responsibility if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card. We presume that the guest entering the Gift Card code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher. Hence, we shall not verify whether the person redeeming it is the actual/intended beneficiary of the gift card.
  • An E-Gift card once issued, cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Elahe.in reserves the right to decline redemption of a Gift Card without prior intimation if we reasonably suspect that the gift code has been utilized or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.
  • No delivery charges apply to Elahe Gift Card as it’s an  e-card. However, Elahe’s standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
  • If a guest purchases the Elahe Gift Card(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
  • Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery promotions.
  • This gift card will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India only.

    Orders on "Discount"

    There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale, offer, or discount code. In case, Elahe decides to make an exception and initiate an exchange, all costs will be borne by the client including shipment costs to and from Elahe. 

    Ready to Ship pieces will not be on discount. All products purchased on discount will be made to order as per mentioned timeline on the page.

    Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

    The products from the following list will not be exchanged or returned:

    • Custom made and Made to order products-- even in standard sizes.
    • Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
    • Unstitched items like Stoles, Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse pieces.
    • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms are non exchangeable for hygiene purposes.
    • Orders placed using store credit.
    • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
    • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion
    • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
